Since 2008 Arsha Dhore is a member of the 
Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen – NIP (Dutch Association for Psychologists). For her professional practices she abides to the professional code of conduct set by NIP. The Code of Ethics is based on the following four basic ethical principles:

- integrity
- respect
- expertise
